Grace LOVES to help us cook. She's especially good at making pancakes and waffles (she pours in all the ingredients and does much of the stirring), but will do anything we'll let her. ;)
(Note: the Burger King crown and Crocs (shoes) are Grace wardrobe staples these days. She will be in nothing but a diaper, but throw on the crown and shoes, then sling her purse over her shoulder and say "Ready to go!" Too funny!)
Grace's favorite part of playing in our backyard is playing in the water, either at her water table or with the hose. Travis made a "sprinkler" with the hose for her the other day, and she loved running through it!
So. much. fun.
Grace is still in love with her big girl bed. Toys are more fun if they are played with on the bed, books are more interesting if they're read there, bouncing is even better...you get the picture. Tonight after she finished her dinner, she told us she was "ready go to bed," and we chuckled thinking, "Really? Is that right?!", knowing that she in no way wanted to go to sleep yet--just play in her bed for awhile.
I LOVE to see Travis and her reading books together there; totally melts my heart.
And of course, she loves to play with dad. After being around pregnant (low energy) mom all day, "fun-energetic-and-ready-to-play-dad" is a very welcome addition to the home for Grace (and me). Travis is SO good with Grace, and they have so much fun together.

Man do I wish we lived close enough to give her a big squeeze. She is too cute!
Dad is a wonderful thing at our house too. I am not sure what I would do without my handsome Holloway!
